Enterprise Knowledge Management meets the mobile world.

We developed a new knowledge base part of the process of overhauling all the tools for our call center agents at Asurion.  This tool had to work in multiple form factors for agents with large screens and for learning outside the typical office environment.

To meet this challenge we designed Helix - a consumer grade knowledge management platform with social collaboration capabilities and a cloud based search that drives increased volume of usage and satisfaction for agents.
