I can't tell you what design will sell the most products or make your users' lives easier, but they can and they will if you ask them. True user centered design starts with an observable problem experienced by real people. Solving those problems and enriching people's experience with technology based products is why I design.
Amazing products don't just appear overnight, they are crafted from a process that involves a deep understanding of why something should exist and because it addresses a specific need for a customer or a user.
